Shae D’lyn is a multi-talented actor, producer, writer and director. Since making her small screen debut with a guest role on Quantum Leap, she has gone on to have a varied career on stage and screen – both in front of and behind the camera.

Shae was a cast regular on the hit network comedy “Dharma and Greg.” Her other television work includes guest spots on “Law & Order,” “Ellen,” “Boardwalk Empire” and the Netflix drama “Orange is the New Black.”

She also appeared on the big screen in the cult hit film “Vegas Vacation,” Woody Allen’s “Café Society” and most recently in the Academy Award nominated “Can You Ever Forgive Me” with Melissa McCarthy.

Shae also directs and produces theater, film, and television productions. She is founder of the production company Shot in the Dark Films and the Independent Artists’ Cooperative in Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, and Toronto, which has more than 600 members

But Leapers will know Shae best from her role as Lady Alexandra Corrington in the Quantum Leap episode “Blood Moon.”

Quantum Leap Podcast Creator and Executive Producer Albie Burdge recently sat down with Shae to discuss her time on Quantum Leap, and what it was like to be on set with Scott and Dean for her very first television acting role.
